A630R™ Retardant Liqui Bond

Solidifies liquid land based spills

A630R is a non-toxic, non-hazardous, non-corrosive, fire retarded, environmentally friendly, ALL-PURPOSE liquid bonding agent. A630R will bond water, oils, fuels, solvents, or a mixture of the preceding.

A630R is a dry granular material designed to immobilize liquid spills very rapidly, bonding the liquid together for easy removal. Residential, commercial and industrial concerns large and small have a need for a fast-acting bonding agent to reduce damage, down-time, and protect the environment during a spill. A630R has passed the Toxic Characteristics Leachate Procedure (TCLP). The test was conducted by a laboratory which is recognized by the Ohio EPA.

A630R™ is ideal for:
  • Plumbing Leaks
  • Equipment Overflows

  • Water Line Breaks
  • Service Stations
  • Laboratory Spills

The amount of product to be used depends on the desired results (i.e., from congealing to solidification). The application rate may vary with viscosity of the liquid being picked up. To fully solidify the liquid normally requires one (1) pound of A630R to twenty-five (25) pounds of spilled liquid. Test on small sample for predictable rate usage. Pick up ratio and speed of solidification will vary with type of liquid being bonded, amount of volatiles remaining, temperatures and the viscosity of the liquid.

When most fuels are solidified they will pass TCLP testing and can be landfilled according to EPA guidelines or incinerated (all A600 series products are certified incinerable). The test was conducted by a laboratory which is recognized by the Ohio EPA A630R is not hazardous according to D.O.T. classification. Extreme caution must be exercised when handling, storing and disposing of solidified or gelled hazardous materials. COMPLIANCE: Solidified or gelled materials must be disposed of in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The user is solely responsible for compliance with disposal of solidified or gelled materials.
